Getting Started:
If you are interested in being coached by Dr. Miranda Wright schedule a discovery call, so she can connect with you for free with no obligation.
If, after your initial consultation, you decide that you would like to take advantage of the benefits of life coaching, then contracting will be done on a monthly basis.
The standard arrangement is for three 30-40 minute sessions per month plus additional retainer services via email, fax and brief “spot coaching calls.” Sessions are most often conducted over the phone or zoom because of the convenience and flexibility it offers people. “In Person” local appointments may also be arranged for an additional fee.
It is important to enter into the life coaching process with the mindset of devoting a significant amount of time and energy. It generally takes three to six months for life change to take root. So to get the full benefits from life coaching, you should anticipate committing to coaching for a period of three to six months. However, you may choose to discontinue coaching at anytime. The fee for the standard coaching package is $175 per month.
Tailored coaching packages are available in order to respond to the changing needs of the client as the coaching process progresses. For example, if after being coached for four months, you have made some significant progress in achieving your goals and you no longer require the intensity of meeting two times a month, but would like the continued support and accountability to ensure that the changes stick, we can arrange to meet less frequently for an adjusted monthly fee.
FAQ’s:
What is the difference between counseling and life coaching?
They both serve important roles in people’s lives. As a counselor the focus is primarily on person’s pain and the goal is to bring healing into that person’s life. Life Coaching, on the other hand, works best with emotionally healthy people who are eager to improve their life and develop their God's given potential.
What are the benefits of Life Coaching?
As clients begin to live their lives according to God’s plan for them, they experience a greater degree of fulfillment, purpose, passion, balance, joy, and peace.
I can help you to make changes in your life that you prayerfully seek. I can help you to accomplish your goals and transform your life.
